Great customer service, (TJ is tops), felt valued as a customer, felt looked out for with my vehicle, great experienced mechanics etc. Will go back again & take our other vehicles! Happy w service! A little costly but competitive w others in area & I had quite a bit going on with the car so was probably right on par. Thank you, will be back!

Recommendation from a friend, told they were honest & upfront w customers so thought I would try. Great customer service, (TJ is tops), felt valued as a customer, felt looked out for with my vehicle, great experienced mechanics etc. Will go back again & take our other vehicles! Happy w service! Took my truck there on a recommendation from a buddy who sends a lot of friends there and was completely disgusted with the process. I was quoted a price and fully knew it was going to be slightly higher than what they had quoted but not 3x what was quoted. Then to sit there and say something was found that would ‘fail me at inspection’ well you knew you got me and I had no choice but to fix the issue. Cheap move as you are the supposed expert as I am not a mechanic nor do I know what would or would not fail inspection. I will never be back and my buddy has informed me he will no longer support you and send business your way.

Hi Nick, I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with our oil undercoating. We do our best to quote accurately before we start the prepping process. On occasion, when we start the needle-scaling process we find holes on the frame. It is our job as a repair facility to inform you when we find a potential State Safety Inspection related item or an issue with your vehicle. As we discussed, the hole that formed on your truck frame was passable for inspection based on our technicians’ standards. I reached out to you as soon as the issue occurred, and we discussed the pricing and options. We were given the approval and moved forward with the repairs.
