I'm sorry that you felt the cost was so high. Today's vehicles are very technically advanced and we need to perform tests to clearly make proper decisions moving forward. I loved the personal note on the bill that explained everything that wAs done to the car. Also the bill was itemized to explain all the charges. When I couldn’t pick up the car before they closed they made special arrangements. Service was professional and competent.

Jarrod and his team are 100% excellent, thorough and accurate! When I leave the parking lot I do not have any concerns about my car because they have diagnosed and taken care of all it will need for at least 6 months and usually closer to a year.
